Helper review
Helper applications are reviewed by A8VI before they can receive opportunities.

Safety at A8VI
A8VI is being designed so customers and helpers know who they are dealing with, what the task involves and what happens throughout the booking.
Clear at every step
Safety starts with clear expectations, careful information sharing and a record that both customers and helpers can follow.
Helper applications are reviewed by A8VI before they can receive opportunities.
Customers explain what they need before a helper accepts the opportunity, helping both sides understand the task beforehand.
Personal information is shown only where it is needed for completing a booking. Initial opportunities use the general area rather than the full address.
Important booking stages are recorded through A8VI so there is a clear history of what happened during a task.
Helpers choose which opportunities they accept. Customers are not forced to proceed with a booking they do not want.
If something goes wrong, customers and helpers can report the issue to A8VI for review through their booking.
Know the limits
A8VI is designed for everyday local help. Certain regulated, dangerous, specialist or high-risk work may be restricted or unavailable.
Never bypass professional qualifications or legal requirements.
In an emergency
If somebody is in immediate danger or a crime is taking place, contact the appropriate emergency services.
